Cookout Season Is Here!

The long weekend is upon us, and cookout planning is in full swing by the looks of this week’s most popular New York Times Cooking recipes. What’s on your menu? Maybe Kay Chun’s Korean cheeseburgers will appear, alongside a bowl of Ali Slagle’s tahini-Parmesan pasta salad. Or Melissa Clark’s grilled merguez and onions with mint-lemon couscous, supported by Lidey Heuck’s chickpea salad (above). No matter what you choose, one thing’s for certain: It’ll taste best outside, perhaps in a park, with a cold beer or lemonade in hand.
