The surest sign that summer is giving way to fall? A slow-cooker dish is back at the top of our list of the week's most popular recipes, followed closely by a meal that's a little bit braised, a little bit roasted. Make Sarah DeGregorio's slow-cooker chicken tinga tacos (above) or Dorie Greenspan's Dutch oven chicken and vinaigrette this weekend or sometime soon. And if you're still holding onto summer, there's plenty of Eric Kim's sweet corn pudding and David Tanis's creamy corn soup with basil to go around.
